• 3 roles doesn’t mean 3 hires. Say you need to hire a Controller, a Product Manager, and three Account Executives. That’s $7500. A CTO, a project manager, and a handful of developers? $7500. As your needs shift, so can the roles we pursue - start with key leadership roles and move on to front-line as they fill, or vice versa, or a mix of both. It’s our mission to align with your goals and needs and allocate our time accordingly.

• No contracts, no minimum terms. Our agreement is month-to-month and can be paused or canceled with 2 weeks notice. We’re committed to delivering the results you need to see to justify continued investment.

• Massive savings over competing models. Industry standard talent acquisition commissions range from 20-30% of salary - it’s easy to see how much that can add up, and it’s not a reasonable allocation of precious resources for a growing company. Our model seeks to deliver serious value at an approachable monthly rate, giving you access to top-tier talent for less.
